A Finance Manager is required for one of the largest employers in East Yorkshire. Joining the shared service function, you will lead, manage and run all Management Accounting related activities (e.g. P&L, Balance sheet, CAPEX, recs etc) for one or more of the regions and be responsible for the cost-effective operation and high performance of the accounting processes within the shared service functions. A key focus for this role is to ensure the production of timely, relevant and accurate monthly reporting, financial information, statutory accounting, strong controls, process standardisation and continuous improvement. The post holder will be an experienced qualified accountant with the objective of managing and leading a team of at least 5 or more direct reports, providing accurate, timely, relevant and reliable financial information, variance analysis, commentary etc to internal customers and stakeholders to enable critical forward-looking business decisions to be taken. Customer focused with strong communication skills working with the regional Heads of Finance and Finance Business Partners. SCOPE The Finance Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the delivery of the following services; Process intercompany transactions.
