Westminster Under School seeks an enthusiastic and experienced Swim Coach to work with children aged 7 and above, helping them develop confidence, technique and swimming skills.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging coaching sessions for swimmers with a wide range of abilities and experience levels.
  • Create a positive and supportive environment in which every child can progress.
  • Report to the Director of Sport and collaborate closely with teaching staff to support pupils' development.
  • Encourage a lifelong enjoyment of swimming.
  • Provide lessons at the Queen Mother Sports Centre for pupils up to the end of Year 6.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience coaching swimming to children.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with pupils.
  • Motivation to help pupils achieve their full potential in the pool.

Contract Details

  • 0‑hour contract, working Fridays.
