Westminster Under School seeks an enthusiastic and experienced Swim Coach to work with children aged 7 and above, helping them develop confidence, technique and swimming skills.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging coaching sessions for swimmers with a wide range of abilities and experience levels.
- Create a positive and supportive environment in which every child can progress.
- Report to the Director of Sport and collaborate closely with teaching staff to support pupils' development.
- Encourage a lifelong enjoyment of swimming.
- Provide lessons at the Queen Mother Sports Centre for pupils up to the end of Year 6.
Qualifications
- Previous experience coaching swimming to children.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with pupils.
- Motivation to help pupils achieve their full potential in the pool.

- 0‑hour contract, working Fridays.
