As part of Westminster Under School and Westminster School’s move to become fully co-educational, girls will be joining the Under School for the first time in 6, at the 7+ and + entry points, and a brand new pre-prep will open for boys and girls at the 4+ entry point. In 8, girls will be joining at + at Westminster School.
The role
We are looking for a Personal Assistant to support the Deputy Master and to assist and, in many cases, take the lead with aspects of their day-to-day role including managing their diary. They act as the first point of contact for all enquiries or issues that involve the Deputy Master. They will also ensure close collaboration with the PA to the Master, whom they will work closely with.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organisation skills with a calm yet proactive attitude. Previous administrative experience in an office environment is essential.
The role is full-time and term-time only, with a salary of £, pro rata. The successful applicant will be expected to assist with occasional evenings and Saturdays for major school events.
