Westminster School is looking for a Payroll Administrator to support all aspects of payroll processes.
Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
Working hours: 09:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday with an hour unpaid lunch break.
Location: London.
Closing date: 01/07/2026.
Responsibilities:
- Process payroll for all employees accurately and on time.
- Ensure compliance with tax and legislative laws.
- Maintain employee records, including starters, leavers, overtime, pensions, and pay variations.
- Administer payroll documentation and employee benefits programs.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries, providing timely and accurate information.
- Monthly end-to-end processing of payroll for all staff.
- Preparation of pension files.
- Ensure timesheets are received, authorised and entered into the system accurately.
- Accurately determine the correct Tax, NI, Pension status and statutory payments due to employees throughout their employment.
Training will be provided where necessary on balancing and running payrolls and HMRC administration.
