Westminster School is looking for a Payroll Administrator to support all aspects of payroll processes.

Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 per annum, dependent on experience.

Working hours: 09:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday with an hour unpaid lunch break.

Location: London.

Closing date: 01/07/2026.

Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll for all employees accurately and on time.
  • Ensure compliance with tax and legislative laws.
  • Maintain employee records, including starters, leavers, overtime, pensions, and pay variations.
  • Administer payroll documentation and employee benefits programs.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Monthly end‐to‐end processing of payroll for all staff.
  • Preparation of pension files.
  • Ensure timesheets are received, authorised and entered into the system accurately.
  • Accurately determine the correct Tax, NI, Pension status and statutory payments due to employees throughout their employment.
  • Training will be provided where necessary on balancing and running payrolls and HMRC administration.
