Overview
IT Operations Manager (12 month fixed-term contract). We are looking for an experienced IT Operations Manager for a 12 month fixed-term contract. They will manage the IT team and oversee operational IT service delivery, prioritising support requests and ongoing tasks. The role is to provide support to allow the Deputy Director of IT to focus on mission critical projects during this focused documentation period.
This is a hands-on management role within a busy educational environment. The successful applicant will combine technical acumen with strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. The ideal candidate will have in-depth experience of managing and leading an IT support or operations team within a complex environment.
The salary is £65,000 to £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
