Westminster Under School is looking for two exceptional Early Years Educators to join our Pre-Prep Team. This role goes far beyond that of a traditional Teaching Assistant. In Reception, our Early Years Educators are deeply involved in direct teaching, supporting children’s learning, development, and early foundations every day. It’s a highly skilled and impactful position, central to shaping our pupils’ first experiences of school.
The two postholders will assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and developmentally appropriate activities that support children’s progress across the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). Outside of lessons, they will supervise pupils during playtimes and assist with educational visits, as well as fulfil a range of administrative and practical tasks.
Applicants will need a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education and Childcare (or equivalent), and will be committed to continuing professional development. Experience of working with children in Early Years is essential.
