Due to continued growth, the Knowledge Exchange Group is looking for an exceptional Conference Producer, with experience working in an office environment, to join our dynamic team.

Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Greater London. The Conference Producer will design timely, high-impact public policy conference agendas. The role involves identifying and securing expert speakers, developing session formats, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth event delivery and a compelling delegate experience.

Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, writing programme content, managing speaker relationships, working with marketing and sales to position events effectively, and managing on-the-day running of events, including venue set-up and speaker liaison.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Strong research skills, including agenda development and programme design
  • Educated to degree level (2:1 minimum), or equivalent professional experience in events, communications, public policy, or a related field
  • A flexible team player, able to work in a fast-paced environment and to tight deadlines
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • A strong interest in, and understanding of, policy and government
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, for liaising with stakeholders and preparing event materials
  • Event management experience, including logistics coordination, timelines, and stakeholder expectations
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid environment, collaborating closely with marketing and operations teams
  • Knowledge of UK public policy, or experience in public, private, or third-sector events, is highly beneficial
