We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Email Marketing Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate delivery of our marketing communications and supporting the integrity of our contact database. We are looking for a keen individual who is willing to learn and progress in the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Material Distribution: Coordinate the timely and efficient dispatch of all company marketing materials, ensuring accuracy and proper formatting before distribution.
  • Email Campaign Management: Prepare and execute email campaigns, including test sends and ensuring correct sender accounts.
  • Inbox Management: Efficiently manage incoming email traffic, including delegating replies, processing unsubscribe requests, and updating subscription statuses.
  • Data Quality and Maintenance: Investigate bounced emails and spam to identify alternative contact information or reasons for delivery failure, updating records accordingly. Conduct data cleansing tasks to enhance the quality and accuracy of our contact database, including researching updates and correcting errors.
  • CRM Administration: Accurately add and update contact information within our internal CRM system.

The role is full time, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm with an hour for lunch, working from home; however, you will need to be able to commute to in-person meetings. Mostly based in London.
