We are seeking an experienced and highly analytical Crypto Fund Manager to oversee and manage digital asset investment portfolios. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain ecosystems, portfolio construction, risk management, and institutional investment strategies. This role requires strong market insight, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute investment strategies across cryptocurrencies, DeFi, NFTs, tokenized assets, and blockchain-related opportunities.
- Manage portfolio allocation, rebalancing, and performance optimization.
- Conduct in-depth market research, technical analysis, and fundamental analysis on digital assets and blockchain projects.
- Monitor market trends, macroeconomic developments, and regulatory changes affecting the crypto industry.
- Identify new investment opportunities and evaluate risk/reward profiles.
- Implement risk management frameworks to minimize exposure and protect investor capital.
- Prepare regular investment reports, portfolio updates, and performance presentations for stakeholders and investors.
- Collaborate with traders, analysts, compliance teams, and external partners.
- Maintain strong relationships with exchanges, custodians, OTC desks, and industry networks.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable financial regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in asset management, hedge funds, venture capital, or crypto investment management.
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology, crypto markets, DeFi protocols, and tokenomics.
- Proven track record in portfolio management and investment performance.
- Familiarity with quantitative analysis tools and trading platforms.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and highly dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- CFA, CAIA, FRM, or other financial certifications.
- Experience managing institutional or high-net-worth crypto portfolios.
- Knowledge of smart contracts, on-chain analytics, and Web3 ecosystems.
