We are currently seeking reliable and professional Security Guards to join our team. The Security Guard is responsible for safeguarding community property by preventing fire hazards, theft, vandalism, and unauthorized entry, and supporting staff members in addressing residents’ needs.

Responsibilities

  • Promote and communicate Legendary Service, honoring the mission of the organization.
  • Act and respond in a professional manner.
  • Assist in security officer duties under the supervision of the Security Supervisor.
  • Carry out security officer duties within a reasonable scope of practice.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
  • Observe and report incidents.
  • Patrol inside and outside the property.
  • Respond to requests for well checks and resident alert system.
  • Inspect buildings, equipment, and access points.
  • Enforce policy and procedures.

Qualifications

  • High school education or equivalent.
  • One to two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • CPR certification.
  • Class D security license (preferred).
