Westminster Communities of Florida is a faith-based, not-for-profit organization inspired by a mission of serving older adults. We’ve been touching lives through service since 1954, and today we serve more than 7,000 residents in 23 communities.
Our Home Care division is actively seeking to fill PRN Home Care Aide and CNA positions in Pinellas County. Hours are available with flexible availability for AM/afternoons/PM and weekend coverage.
We are holding a Walk-In Wednesday event on February 11, 2026 from 1:30PM – 3:30PM. On the spot interviews and offers, where applicable.
If you are an experienced CNA or Caregiver for Home Care who loves to provide compassionate and reliable personal care, homemaking and companionship to clients, this is a great opportunity for you! We offer weekly pay and flexible scheduling.
Job Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Assistance with the activities of daily living
- Light housekeeping
- Bathing
- Dressing
- Grooming
- Toileting
- Nail care
- Range of motion exercises
- Transfers/use of mechanical lifts
- Feeding
- Vital sign checks
- Laundry
- Meal preparation
- Bed making
- Assistance with ambulation
- Medication assistance
Requirements:
- 1 year of supervised caregiver experience
- 75-hour Home Care Aid certificate
- CPR certification (in person, not online)
- Reliable and dependable transportation
