About this Role

Are you passionate about how high-quality curriculum thinking, planning and delivery can transform young people's lives? Do you wish to join an aspirational and collaborative school which is transforming the life chances of all pupils? Westminster City School is seeking to appoint a dedicated and solution-focused leader with a background in supervising premises to take up this newly created role in the school.

We have split leadership of our support staff and the successful candidate would have oversight of our premises team, oversee our extensive programme of lettings, lead on health and safety as well as being the day-to-day manager of our outsourced catering and cleaning services. They would work closely and collaboratively with the Head of Finance and the Headteacher's PA who is also the main HR Officer in the school.

You will be joining a team of support staff who work tirelessly to play their role in our mission of providing transformative education in the heart of London. We believe in developing our staff and have a dynamic and supportive management team and an effective CPD programme which includes membership of professional networks, bespoke in-house CPD strands and opportunity for secondment to the Leadership Team.
