The Role
As FM Contracts Manager you will contribute to a dynamic and diverse Workplace & Facilities Management team that supports residents, businesses and visitors across Westminster. You will manage a range of large FM contracts, lead procurement and renewal processes, and champion continuous improvement across the portfolio.
- Manage a portfolio of large FM contracts and lead contract procurement and renewals.
- Build strong working relationships with council staff, suppliers and external partners.
- Engage with suppliers to resolve contractual matters and negotiate terms.
- Lead a team to develop contract specifications, KPIs, maintain records and monitor renewals and alterations.
- Produce performance reports and use analysis, intervention, challenge and problem solving to drive improvements.
About You
- Significant experience in managing contracts and contract performance.
- Strong attention to detail and proficient in computerised record keeping, budget monitoring and management.
- Positive, proactive and highly organised with a commitment to good customer service.
- Effective communication skills to forge relationships with colleagues, partners and suppliers and resolve challenges.
