The Role:
As a Computing Tutor in our Adult Education Service, you can make a powerful contribution to people across Westminster. You’ll support learners to gain the confidence and technical skills they need to thrive in a digital-first world. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering high-quality, learner-centric teaching to a diverse group of adults.
- Preparing course outlines and lesson plans.
- Coordinating resources and materials.
This is a part-time role that might include working evenings and Saturdays, so flexibility is required.
About You:
You should be an established professional with a teaching qualification at Level 3 or above, and have relevant technical qualifications or deep industry knowledge in:
- Microsoft 365.
- IT Support and hardware and Networking.
- Cybersecurity and online safety.
Experience in teaching adults, both face-to-face and online, is essential, along with excellent communication and classroom management skills.
