You will conduct detailed reviews of workplace safety management systems, identify risks and benchmark performance to drive continuous improvement.
Using data analysis of incidents, you’ll develop action plans for managers, upskill staff and collaborate across teams to deliver meaningful safety outcomes for over 3,600 staff and the wider council community.
