Westminster Academy is seeking an Education Welfare Officer to promote attendance and engagement, working with the pastoral team, Attendance Officers, Pastoral Support Workers, SLT and external agencies to support every student to thrive.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised with excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to analyse attendance data, produce reports and drive improvements in safeguarding and family wellbeing.
