Westmill is seeking a Sustainability Lead to drive the delivery and ongoing development of our sustainability strategy across the business and supply chain. Reporting to the Director of People, Performance & Sustainability, you will manage supplier compliance and our environmental impact across sites, ensuring alignment with key stakeholders.

You will support broader sustainability initiatives, represent Westmill at ethical trade forums and meetings, and collaborate across functions to deliver.
