Overview Of Role

• To ensure the safe, effective and efficient running of the operation is maintained through line teams.
• To meet the requirements of the production plan whilst maintaining health and safety, quality, food safety and customer service standards.
• To ensure compliance to the factory operating standards across 24/7 enabling one site standard and effective prioritisation against the business plans.

The Right Person

• Previous experience managing/leading teams
• Previous experience of manufacturing environment, ideally food manufacturing
• Able to demonstrate decision making capability
• Organisation skills for self and others
• Effective communication skills
• Numerate & literate
• Effective problem solving & delegation skills
• Demonstrates Westmill values & behaviours in their management style and approach
• Good standard of IS literacy
