The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Warehouse Manager to Lead operations at our Trafford Site. This role is responsible for ensuring the warehouse runs safely, efficiently, and hygienically, with a strong focus on stock accuracy and budget control. A key part of the role involves delivering the Trafford warehouse budget and KPIs, managing labour, maintenance, and external storage costs effectively. Health and Safety compliance is critical, and you will ensure all relevant policies and procedures are rigorously followed. The role also includes responsibility for chilled, ambient, allergen, and non-standard stock control, and liaising with third-party logistics providers to ensure timely, complete, and damage-free deliveries.
The successful candidate would need to have previous experience in a warehouse environment (ideally FMCG), strong leadership and team management skills, and a proven track record in labour planning and budget control. Excellent computer skills are essential.
