The Opportunity
You will be responsible for driving revenue, shopper & consumer engagement by identifying, developing, and executing Trade Marketing solutions and increasing brand conversion at the point of purchase and beyond. You will be involved throughout the brand development process from conception through to taking ownership of the Activation Plans across a wide portfolio of brands and products in a variety of sales channels. Amongst other things this will involve the development and implementation of best practice POS solutions, trade and shopper engagement for NPD launches as well as leading and executing the in-store and out-of-home event program.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain a breadth of experience and make a real difference in how our shoppers and consumers engage with our brands. If you’re someone who combines creative energy with sharp commercial thinking, and loves turning strategy into standout shopper experiences, this could be the perfect role for you.
You’ll be highly organised, able to juggle multiple priorities with ease, and confident collaborating across teams in a fast-paced, ever-evolving trading environment. You’ll have a proven track record of delivering best-in‑class shopper activations in the grocery channel, and willing and able to translate your knowledge and expertise in the ethnic channel, and you know how to make an impact in‑store and online. This role calls for someone who can think critically, simplify complexity, and build activation plans that deliver sustainable value.
You’ll work closely with Brand Marketing, Sales, and external agencies to create campaigns that not only look great—but drive real results.
