The Opportunity We are looking for a Quality Assurance Technician to join our technical team based in Selby. This role involves carrying out line checks, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting food safety and compliance standards. You will assist in audits, sample coordination, complaint investigations and improvement initiatives whilst reinforcing good manufacturing practices. To be successful in your application, you must demonstrate strong attention to detail and have a proactive approach along with data handling and report writing skills. Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, weight legislation, and QMS is an advantage as well as experience in a quality environment and auditing.
