To ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of equipment and systems across the site through both planned and reactive maintenance activities. This role aims to minimise downtime and eliminate quality issues, thereby supporting continuous production and adherence to quality standards.

Additionally, the Shift-Based Engineer will play a key role in improving the site’s culture by promoting effective communication between and across departments. They will drive curiosity within the shift team to understand root causes of issues and foster a learning and coaching environment.

Strong problem-solving skills are essential to identify and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency and quality. The Shift-Based Engineer will also ensure compliance with legislative, business, and site procedures and practices.
