We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Office Coordinator to oversee the smooth day-to-day running of our busy office.
This is a varied and rewarding role where you will play a key part in ensuring operational efficiency and a positive working environment across the business.
You will coordinate administrative activities, manage office systems and processes, act as a central point of contact for colleagues and external stakeholders, and support senior management with a range of documentation and projects.
You will also oversee scheduling, meetings and travel arrangements, while managing office supplies, budgets and supplier relationships.

- Key Accountabilities
- Office Management
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure a productive and efficient working environment including the maintenance of meeting rooms and conference space and the NPD kitchen
- Manage Staff Shop, ensuring users experience a professional, efficient and courteous service and the shop remains fully stocked
- Manage office resources, supplies, and equipment, ensuring cost‑effective procurement
- Coordinate maintenance, health & safety compliance, and workplace standards
- Liaise with external vendors, contractors, and service providers
- Develop, implement, and improve office systems, policies, and procedures
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and documentation management
- Handle correspondence, scheduling, and general administrative support
- Support senior management with reporting, meetings, and organisational tasks
- Provides support and operational cover to the PA to the Board, undertaking any tasks as may reasonably be required
- Manges all incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
- Orders weekly groceries for Enfield Office and Production
- Co-ordinates Head Office facilities including office layout/moves, furniture and equipment requirements
- Manage all hotel bookings and UK & European travel ensuring all trips are H&S compliant and within budget.
- Coordinate and manage all office and meeting lunches
- Team Support & Coordination
- Act as a key point of contact for staff queries and office-related issues
- Assist with onboarding new employees, including workspace setup and induction coordination including issuing of employee access passes for all 3 sites on Net2 and welcome packs
- Support internal communications and team collaboration
- Monitor budgets related to office operations and identify cost-saving opportunities Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and attend monthly H&S Meetings
- Organise office events, meetings, and company activities
- Staff IT equipment support including sending and receiving trackable IT equipment to all 4 sites, keeping IT equipment onsite up to date and fully stocked supplies.
