The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Office Coordinator to oversee the smooth day-to-day running of our busy office. This is a varied and rewarding role where you will play a key part in ensuring operational efficiency and a positive working environment across the business. You will coordinate administrative activities, manage office systems and processes, act as a central point of contact for colleagues and external stakeholders, and support senior management with a range of documentation and projects. You will also oversee scheduling, meetings and travel arrangements, while managing office supplies, budgets and supplier relationships. If you enjoy taking ownership, improving processes and making a real impact, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Who We Are Looking For

You will be an experienced office professional with excellent organisational and administrative skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You are a confident communicator who can build strong relationships with people at all levels and provide a professional service to both internal and external stakeholders. With a proactive approach and excellent attention to detail, you are comfortable working independently, solving problems and identifying opportunities to improve the way things are done. Most importantly, you take pride in creating an efficient, well-organised and supportive workplace where people can thrive.

What we offer

  • An annual Incentive Plan
  • Supportive and professional working environment

Additionally, you will have access to a range of benefits aimed at enhancing your wellbeing both at home and at work; from a free and confidential 24/7 Employee Assistance Programme to access to affordable loans and financial education, electric vehicle and cycle to work salary sacrifice schemes, an option to buy additional holidays and a day dedicated to volunteering in your local community. You will also have access to our benefits platform Extra Spice from day one, offering a huge variety of retail and leisure discounts.
