The Opportunity
Reporting to the Head of Commercial Finance, you will have responsibility for business partnering our commercial teams, providing insight, challenge, and influence to help deliver profitable growth across all sales channels. Impact and influence are key skill sets integral to this role in order to help deliver better outcomes for the business. In addition, you will analyse and report on commercial performance on a periodic basis and partner with commercial teams to evaluate investment and new business opportunities. Commercially astute with a good business understanding, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues across all areas of the business. The ability to develop and maintain productive cross-functional relationships at all levels of the organisation is also extremely important.
Who we are looking for
Professionally qualified (CIMA, ACCA preferred) with proven part qualified experience, you'll have a track record of success in Commercial Finance business partnering. Supported by excellent influencing, communication and I.T. skills, you will be able to evidence a logical and astute approach to solving business problems, along with the drive and resilience to implement change where necessary.
