Position Summary
We are seeking an energetic, passionate Part-Time Retail Artist with a passion for clean, luxury beauty to educate clients on Gucci Westman’s makeup philosophy while providing the highest level of client experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide welcoming, personalised, professional service to all customers at all times.
- Assist customers with product selection and application.
- Provide shade recommendations and assist customers with product selection.
- Stay up to date on Westman Atelier products and education; uphold brand guidelines.
- Attend and actively participate in training meetings, virtual or at-counter, as provided by the Sales and Education Team; implement learnings on the job.
- Practice proper hygiene guidelines when demonstrating products on clients.
- Maintain consistent and effective clienteling and follow-up.
- Achieve all targets and KPIs - AUS and IPT.
- Record and report all OOS to manager; follow up to ensure timely replenishment.
- Maintain cleanliness of counter and taster units/testers.
Requirements:
- Previous retail industry experience, specifically within the beauty industry preferred.
- Previous make-up artistry or luxury skincare experience preferred, however, we welcome applicants who are creative, excited, and eager to learn.
- Must be able to follow brand and retailer image guidelines at all times.
- Candidates with a passion for the clean, luxury beauty space are preferred.
- Must be able to work fully flexible retail hours, including: days, nights, weekends, and special events.
