Position Summary

We are seeking an energetic, passionate Full-Time Retail Artist at our Harrods counter with a passion for clean, luxury beauty to educate clients on Gucci Westman’s makeup philosophy while providing the highest level of client experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide welcoming, personalised, professional service to all customers at all times.
  • Assist customers with product selection and application.
  • Provide shade recommendations and assist customers with product selection.
  • Stay up to date on Westman Atelier products and education; uphold brand guidelines.
  • Attend and actively participate in training meetings, virtual or at-counter, as provided by the Sales and Education Team; implement learnings on the job.
  • Practice proper hygiene guidelines when demonstrating products on clients.
  • Maintain consistent and effective clienteling and follow-up.
  • Achieve all targets and KPIs - AUS and IPT.
  • Record and report all OOS to manager; follow up to ensure timely replenishment.
  • Maintain cleanliness of counter and taster units/testers.

Requirements

  • Previous retail industry experience, specifically within the beauty industry preferred.
  • Previous make-up artistry or luxury skincare experience preferred, however, we welcome applicants who are creative, excited, and eager to learn.
  • Must be able to follow brand and retailer image guidelines at all times.
  • Candidates with a passion for the clean, luxury beauty space are preferred.
  • Must be able to work fully flexible retail hours, including: days, nights, weekends, and special events.
