Westley Engineering is a Birmingham-based precision pressings, tooling, and machining organisation, serving a range of industries including automotive, aerospace, engineering, and manufacturing. With a reputation for quality, reliability, and customer-focused solutions, we are now looking to strengthen our team with an ambitious and experienced Sales Manager who can help drive business growth.
As Sales Manager, you will play a key role in developing and executing our sales strategy, building strong relationships with new and existing clients, and identifying opportunities to expand into new markets. Working closely with the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for:
- Growing the customer base across target industries.
- Developing and delivering sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Building strong, long-term relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in pressings, machining, and related services.
- Preparing accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence.
- Representing the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and customer visits.
We are seeking a results-driven and proactive individual with:
- Proven experience in technical sales, ideally within manufacturing, engineering, or precision components.
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
