Senior Operative – House B (Automated Gutter System)

Are you practical, adaptable, and keen to work in a modern, innovative environment? We are looking for two motivated Senior Operatives to join our small, friendly team at our new, state-of-the-art glasshouse facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate harvesting and weighing systems
• Operate sowing machines and media cutter line
• Use computer systems for harvesting and sowing traceability (full training provided)
• Maintain and clean machinery (refresher training provided)
• Ensure full compliance with health and safety standards

• Practical, adaptable, and hands-on approach to work
• Basic computer skills (training provided)

Working Hours

• Monday–Friday: 6:00am – 4:00pm
• Saturday: 6:00am – 11:00am
• Flexibility required based on business need
