Do you enjoy working outdoors with plants and flowers? We are recruiting Production Operatives, Flower Pickers, Packers, Farm Workers, and Horticulture Operatives to join our busy production and greenhouse team.
This role is ideal for candidates looking for farm work, greenhouse jobs, plant nursery work, outdoor work, or entry level roles with no experience required. Full training is provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Flower picking and harvesting in a fast paced horticulture and farming environment.
- Packing flowers and leaf products into bags, crates, and punnets in a production and glasshouse environment.
- Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets.
- Planting and potting young plants and seedlings in a greenhouse setting.
- Weeding, crop maintenance, and general plant care duties.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday 6am to finish, usually around 4pm.
Saturdays 6am to 11am.
Some bank holiday working required.
