We are looking for a proactive, hands on Production Operative who enjoys practical work, problem solving, and being part of a tight knit team. If you are someone who likes staying active, learning new skills, and taking pride in a job well done, this could be the perfect role for you.
About the Role
Based in our advanced glasshouse facility, you will play a key part in the harvesting and sowing of crops using innovative and industry leading processes. While much of the work is straightforward, there will be moments where you will need to think quickly and work closely with your colleagues to keep everything running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out mechanical harvesting of produce
- Weighing and transporting trays
- Operating bench washer and removing matting
- Moving benches around the greenhouse in line with growing schedule
- Operating the sowing machine (full training provided)
- Using our computer system for harvesting and sowing (full training provided)
- Cleaning and maintaining machinery
What we are looking for

Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Saturday: 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM
