We are looking for a motivated, practical, and reliable individual to take on the role of Advanced Production Operative. In this position, you will be leading a small and friendly team and working closely with our Microleaf Supervisor to make sure that targets are met and everything runs smoothly. You will be working in a modern and high-tech glasshouse environment where most of the processes are straightforward. However, there will be times when you need to think on your feet, adapt quickly, and work closely with your colleagues. If you enjoy hands-on work and being part of a supportive team, then this could be a great opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading the team to achieve production targets
- Carrying out mechanical harvesting of produce
- Weighing and transporting trays
- Operating the sowing machine
- Using our computer system for harvesting and sowing (full training will be provided)
- Cleaning and maintaining machinery
