Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Insurance Advisor for our Sudbury, Ontario office.
This onsite role focuses on building client relationships and expanding our presence in the local community.
Location & Work Hours
Sudbury, Ontario – onsite. 35‑hour work week.
Compensation
Expected hiring range: $26.60 to $33.25 per hour, based on qualifications, experience, and market conditions.
Responsibilities
- Promote and educate clients on insurance products.
- Take ownership of client relationships and focus on client retention.
- Uncover client business challenges and act as an advocate to identify needs and provide recommendations.
- Assist clients with insurance needs by applying basic underwriting knowledge.
- Display curiosity and continually seek growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong ability to build authentic client relationships.
- Excellent time‑management, prioritization, confidentiality and discretion.
- Insurance broker level‑1 license or progressing toward CAIB/CIP (financial support available).
- Minimum six months experience in the industry.
