We are looking for a motivated and creative Assistant/Brand Manager to join our Marketing team. Reporting to the Head of Category – Growing Media, you will play a key role in managing one of our most established categories and heritage brands. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for brands who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make an impact within a multi-million-pound consumer business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Head of Category in the day-to-day execution of comprehensive brand marketing activities.
  • Coordinate design and management of all brand communications, including advertising, POS (brand and customer-specific), catalogue, consumer & trade websites, digital activity, PR, trade show materials, product requirements, and samples.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, Technical, Design Studio) and external partners to ensure timely delivery of New Product Development (NPD).
  • Assist with product range creation and implementation, including NPD forms, packaging artwork briefs, artwork creation, and printing plates.
  • Support the planning and execution of events, trade shows, customer shows, and training sessions, including logistics, promotional materials, and post-event evaluations. Attendance at events may be required.

About You

  • 2–3 years' experience in marketing, brand, or product management, ideally within FMCG or consumer-driven environments.
  • Knowledge of relevant marketing channels and consumer engagement strategies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for design, brand aesthetics, and content creation.
  • Ability to analyse and interpret performance data.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Positive, driven, and passionate with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Office-based with some travel across Ireland and the UK.
