We are looking for a highly organised and motivated Supply Chain Administrator to support our busy Supply Chain team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take their first step into the supply chain industry or further develop their existing administration experience within a dynamic and growing business.
Working closely with the Supply Chain Manager, you will gain exposure across inbound planning, production planning, inventory management, ERP systems, and operational coordination, making this a fantastic development opportunity within a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities- Purchasing and planning of POS materials
- Supporting short-term production planning and production capacity planning
- Maintaining purchase orders for the Supply Chain team and wider stakeholders
- Managing consumable inventory levels
- Maintaining Bills of Materials (BOMs) and production information within the ERP system
- Monitoring germination testing and generating SNCs for failures
- Liaising closely with operations teams to maximise production output
- Providing day-to-day administrative support across the Supply Chain function
- Strong communication and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- A willingness to learn new systems such as Dynamics 365 and Power BI
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- The ability to prioritise workload within a highly seasonal and pressurised environment
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- A degree qualification is preferred but not essential
- Previous Supply Chain Administration experience, or
- A Supply Chain qualification at A-Level or equivalent
