Due to phenomenal growth, we’re recruiting a highly creative Brand Manager to join one of the UK’s largest and most successful branded consumer horticultural businesses - Westland Horticulture! Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Category, this is a fast-paced, exciting role with broad scope and autonomy. You will oversee multiple brands across a range of categories and manage multiple high-profile projects from concept to delivery. A genuine love of brands is essential. Key Responsibilities
- Champion and drive our brands both internally and externally, aligning product portfolios with customer and consumer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Technical, Design, and Commercial to identify and develop new product opportunities.
- Manage new product launches through the full lifecycle – from concept to market – ensuring they’re delivered on time and profitably.
- Lead and deliver all consumer communications for your brands.
- Oversee customer marketing communications to enhance brand awareness.
- Create and manage all marketing materials including packaging, promotional literature, advertising, POS, and sell-in tools.
- Monitor, review, and report on all sales and marketing activities and performance to internal stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to evaluate customer needs and identify future opportunities.
About You
- Minimum 4–5 years’ experience in brand management or product marketing – ideally within FMCG.
- A strong commercial mindset and ability to think strategically.
- Demonstrable experience of full 360° brand marketing, including ATL, BTL, and digital.
- Proven track record of growing brands and identifying areas of commercial opportunity.
- Experience with NPD and go-to-market planning.
- Confident and personable, with excellent relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills – advanced Excel desirable.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Highly organised, adaptable, and resilient – able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative, proactive, and passionate about delivering impact through branding.
