We are seeking a Project Planning Engineer to join our industrial and manufacturing team in Sheffield, United Kingdom. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimising the planning and scheduling of complex manufacturing projects, ensuring efficient resource allocation and timely project delivery.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies for industrial and manufacturing projects.
- Analyse project requirements, technical drawings, and specifications to create detailed work breakdown structures.
- Utilise advanced planning and scheduling software to monitor project progress and identify potential bottlenecks or delays.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project goals and timelines.
- Implement and maintain lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in CAD software.

- Demonstrated experience in project management and resource allocation.
- In-depth knowledge of industrial and manufacturing processes.
