Westlakes Recruit are seeking an experienced Senior Information Manager to be engaged on a permanent basis in Whitehaven or Manchester. This role combines responsibilities typically associated with Digital/BIM Lead, BIM Manager, CAD Manager, and Document Control Lead, supporting projects from small to medium scale while contributing to wider capability development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Information Management activities across projects, aligned with ISO 19650 standards
  • Define and implement BIM and IM strategies, ensuring data integrity, accessibility, and consistency
  • Guide and train project teams on IM standards, processes, and best practices
  • Produce and maintain project-level IM and BIM reporting
  • Drive continuous improvement of IM processes, tools, and ways of working
  • Support bid and proposal activities with subject matter expertise in IM and digital delivery
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure high-quality project delivery
  • Promote best practices and contribute to knowledge sharing and capability growth
  • Coach and mentor junior team members
