Role Overview: We are seeking experienced Caseworkers to join a busy operational team handling complex and sensitive casework. This role requires individuals who can analyse information from multiple sources, apply policy and procedures consistently, and make well-reasoned decisions in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process complex casework in line with established policies, procedures, and legislation.
  • Review, assess, and analyse information gathered from multiple sources to support decision-making.
  • Make evidence-based decisions and provide clear written justifications for outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records and case documentation in accordance with data protection requirements.
