Westlakes Recruit are currently recruiting for Planners (all levels) to be engaged on a permanent basis, based in Bridgwater.\\n\\nRole Responsibilities:\\n\\nSupport the Programme Manager in the implementation and maintenance of Integrated Project Controls processes for Planning, including the production of monthly reports, through the provision of intelligent information and analysis.\\nCollaborate with others to help deliver Project goals in keeping with the client principles of Trust, Transparency and Teamwork.\\nMaintain an awareness of schedule interfaces with other Programmes and their potential impact\\nProduce and maintain the schedule baseline IWS in Primavera 6 (P6), with fully logic-linked work plans aligned to the Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and utilising approved construction techniques.\\nEnsure the Level 2 IWS is updated to an agreed timeframe for monthly reporting.\\nEnsure the project Level 3 schedules are updated when required to reflect work progress and performance, to an agreed timeframe defined by the Central Controls Team.\\nEnsure that contractor schedules are produced in accordance with project processes and ensure that they align to the IWS forecast position.\\nMaintain daily and weekly work planning in 4D model.\\nProvide quality checks on the Scheduling data.\\nIdentify, analyse and provide solutions to time-related issues.\\nCo-ordinate and produce schedule reports to a defined reporting cycle.\\nAssist in the Trend & Change process, including analysis of schedule impact, generating performance indicators and providing feedback on areas of risk and opportunities.\\nAdhere to Project governance and Scheduling standards and procedures.\\nEnsure all Project documents, in particular Sensitive Nuclear Information, are correctly protectively marked, and protected in accordance with client policies and procedures.\\n For more information on this role or to register your interest for future job updates, please visit \\n\\nWhy We're Different: Westlakes Recruit are a people solutions business that understands the complexities of nuclear and the importance of our clients' mission critical objectives.\\n\\nSmarter, faster, more agile – we have a laser focus on nuclear, with deep sectoral knowledge.\\n\\nWe develop nuclear talent pools before you know you need them!
