Westlakes Recruit is recruiting for a Lead Business Administrator. The role is permanent, based UK wide. Hybrid working will be supported.
Responsibilities
- Lead configuration, governance, and optimisation of ProjectWise environments
- Provide technical oversight of workflows, standards, and information management across multiple projects
- Implement sector-specific information management requirements and ensure ISO 19650 compliance
- Support project delivery teams with system integration, data exchange, and BAU operations
- Drive process improvements and enhance digital workflows within project and IM teams
- Deliver training and guidance to build information management capability
- Act as a key stakeholder interface in meetings, workshops, and project coordination
- Maintain clear documentation, guidance, and structured configuration records
- Enable efficient, high-quality delivery through effective use of digital and information management tools
