Westlakes Recruit is a specialist recruitment business supporting some of the UK's most significant nuclear and clean energy programmes. As our Nuclear division continues to grow, we are looking for an ambitious and commercially minded 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our team. This is a genuine 360 role where you'll have ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle, developing client relationships, winning new business, and delivering high-quality talent solutions across the nuclear sector.

The Role

  • Manage the full recruitment process from business development through to placement.
  • Build and develop relationships with key stakeholders across the UK nuclear industry.
  • Identify and secure new client opportunities.
  • Source, attract and engage high-calibre technical and engineering professionals.
  • Manage contractor and permanent recruitment campaigns.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and recruitment agreements.
  • Conduct candidate interviews and qualification calls.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts.
  • Work closely with our leadership team to support the continued growth of the Nuclear division.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven recruitment experience within a 360 recruitment environment.
  • Experience within engineering, technical, energy, infrastructure or nuclear recruitment would be advantageous.
  • Strong business development and client management skills.
  • A driven and self-motivated approach with a passion for delivering results.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to identify new opportunities.
  • Full UK driving licence preferred.
