About the role: As a Framework Director you will lead the strategy, governance, and delivery of high-value framework agreements, ensuring they are commercially robust, compliant, and aligned to business priorities. You will drive the full framework lifecycle, build strong stakeholder relationships, and ensure disciplined, performing execution across the organisation. You will report to the Operations Director and be located at Westlakes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leader of The Decommissioning Alliance (TDA), a tri-party Joint Venture between AtkinsRealis, Amentum and Westinghouse.
  • Full accountability for delivery of the TDA mission, satisfying both the expectations of the client and our JV partners.
  • Leader of TDA's Senior Management Team and conduit into TDA Board.
  • Responsible for setting TDA's vision and strategy, driving Programme interventions and inspiring a 250 strong workforce to deliver our objectives.
  • Ensuring the Programme operates safely whilst demonstrating Value for Money to taxpayer bodies.
  • Accountable for managing and enhancing relationships with senior client representatives.
  • Representing TDA at the client enterprise level, ensuring our brand and reputation remain best in class.
  • Evolving TDA to enable significant growth in our existing areas and supporting emergent challenges across the wider enterprise.

Qualifications:

  • 10 years of leadership experience, ideally in a nuclear environment.
  • Executive leadership in complex, multi-organisation environments.
  • JV governance & partnership management.
  • Board-level communication and reporting.
  • Decision-making under ambiguity and scrutiny.
  • Major programme leadership (capital projects / nuclear / infrastructure).
  • Advanced programme controls (schedule, cost, risk, performance).
  • Integration across multiple workstreams.
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g., nuclear, environmental, HSE).
  • Governance, audit, and compliance leadership.
  • Strategic planning and execution.
  • Business transformation and growth leadership.
  • Align long-term strategy with operational delivery.
  • Senior leadership and culture building.
  • Employee engagement and motivation.
  • Change leadership.
  • Relationship management with government / public sector clients.
  • Influencing at C-suite and senior civil servant level.
