As a SIOP Master Scheduler you will lead the development of the local Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) process to align demand, supply and inventory planning across the organisation. You will be in the central point of coordination between Production Planning, Business & Product Delivery (B&PD), Operations, Finance and Supply Chain/ Transport to ensure optimised planning and decision-making that supports long term Customer demand and business goals.
You will report to the SIOP Manager and be located at Springfields Fuel Site.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the local monthly SIOP process (supply review and demand/ financial reconciliation) and provide reporting to the global SIOP Team.
- Participate in monthly local and global demand reviews.
- Develop and maintain a master production schedule aligned with demand and business objectives.
- Coordinate with Operations and other relevant departments to align capacity, production schedules, material requirements and inventory targets.
- Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities within the supply and demand plan, recommend mitigation strategies and lead cross-functional meetings to drive alignment, accountability and timely resolution.
- Conduct scenario planning to assess the impact of demand changes, supply disruptions or capacity constraints.
- Generate the supply plan for the annual 5-Year Business Plan, aligning long-term capacity with strategic demand forecasts.
- Maintain accurate master data and planning parameters within the planning systems in close collaboration with the Production Planning Team.
- Continuously improve and evolve the local SIOP process supporting the ongoing global SIOP process improvements.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, SIOP leadership roles or similar roles in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Familiarity with SAP and SIMIO is a plus.
