About The Role
As a Vice President, HR Business Partner, OPx you will be a strategic advisor and consultant to senior leadership, driving HR plans that align with our goals. You will shape and implement talent strategies, promoting a culture, and ensuring organizational effectiveness. This role partners with leaders to influence and implement employee engagement, leadership development, and change management plans. You will lead a team of 4 HRBPs with a global employee count of 7,800+. You will report to the Chief Human Resources Officer. This is a remote position.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with senior leaders to understand our goals and develop HR strategies that support organizational success. Be a confidant, counselor and coach to the leadership team and lead and sponsor programs that encourage flexibility, productivity and efficiency across the organization.
- Talent Management: Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development plans to build leadership capability and talent pipelines, and to support our growth plans. Lead processes to develop and retain talent.
- Organizational Development: Promote organizational design and change management efforts to support growth and transformation.
- Employee Relations and Engagement: Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance and promoting a positive work environment. Improve management capabilities to lead employee engagement.
- Performance Management: Champion a culture of feedback through coaching and process improvement. Evaluate performance management and compensation/benefits practices that fairly and competitively recognize and reward employee contributions.
- HR Metrics and Analytics: Use data to inform decisions, identify trends, and measure the impact of HR programs.
