About the Role
As a Training Co‑ordinator you will be responsible for planning, organising, and coordinating training programs within the organisation. The role involves collaborating with various departments to identify training needs, developing training materials, and ensuring the smooth execution of training sessions. You will report to the Project Manager and be located at Westlakes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify training requirements for different teams and individuals.
- Collaborate with department heads and HR to understand skill gaps and training priorities.
- Design and develop training materials, including presentations, handouts, and interactive activities.
- Coordinate training schedules to ensure timely and efficient delivery of programs.
- Arrange venues, equipment, and necessary resources for training sessions.
- Conduct engaging and effective training sessions or coordinate external trainers.
- Implement post‑training evaluations to assess effectiveness and gather feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of training attendance, feedback, and program effectiveness.
- Work closely with HR and managers to align training programs with organisational goals.
Qualifications
- Communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with training‑related software/tools.
- Knowledge of industry best practices in training and development.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to build relationships.
