As a Manager, EMEA Tax you will play a key role in delivering high‑quality corporate tax compliance and US GAAP group tax reporting across the EMEA region. You will report to the EMEA Tax Director and be located at Springfields.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the US GAAP quarterly and year‑end income tax provision process for the EMEA region, including preparation and maintenance of supporting documentation.
  • Oversee the co‑sourcing arrangement with a Big 4 service provider and work closely with EMEA Finance to ensure the timely and accurate filing of corporate income tax returns, payments, and related submissions, and the management of tax audits and enquiries.
  • Manage withholding tax compliance across the EMEA region, ensuring consistency and adherence to local regulatory requirements.
  • Act as a trusted business partner to business units and corporate functions, advising on the tax implications of international initiatives, including transfer pricing, customer contract reviews, permanent establishment risk, cash‑flow forecasting, and global mobility matters.
  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of best‑practice tax processes and controls, aligned to the requirements of a public company environment.
  • Promote a collaborative, trust‑based team culture, underpinned by open, transparent communication.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years Post Qualification experience in an accounting practice (Big 4 or Mid-Tier) and/or within a large multi-national.
  • Experience working in/with a large multinational group.
  • Work efficiently, flexibly and collaboratively in a complex global environment.
  • Communicates in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP and OneSource Tax Compliance experience a plus.
  • Group reporting experience required; VAT and transfer pricing experience a plus.
