Westinghouse Electric Company is hiring a Human Factors Specialist to provide HF expertise for existing operations and new projects at Springfields site, Salwick, Preston (UK).

The role focuses on reducing human error and enhancing nuclear safety, reporting to the Head of Engineering Governance.

You will apply HF principles across design lifecycles, support safety cases, and participate in HRA, SAT and HFIP activities to ensure robust human performance.
