Salary: Up to £45,000 + OTE £15,000 p.a.
This is an opportunity for a driven, commercially minded sales professional to step into a high-impact role within a growing logistics business.
The Role
- Winning new business through proactive outbound sales activity
- Building a pipeline and converting opportunities through strong questioning, negotiation and commercial awareness
- Managing the full sales cycle from initial contact through to onboarding and account development
- Developing long-term relationships with clients across UK and European markets
- Visiting clients and prospects to strengthen relationships and secure new opportunities
- Advising customers on shipping processes and EU customs requirements
- Growing and maximising existing accounts once onboarded
- Contributing to marketing activity including LinkedIn and campaigns
What They’re Looking For
- Proven B2B sales experience with a track record of winning new business
- Hungry, ambitious and motivated to progress and earn
- Confident communicator with a strong telephone presence
- Commercially aware with the ability to think on your feet and solve problems
- Freight or logistics experience helpful, but not essential
- Strong IT skills, including Excel
- Positive attitude, high energy and a team-focused approach
